Beach

Labor Day = Day at the beach!

Ninja Party Time!

I wasn't planning on doing a BIG birthday party for the three oldest this year but somehow I got talked into it...I told them that if we were going to do it this year that they all had to agree on the same theme.  We finally decided on Ninja theme.

 First up...Dyer:
Valerie came out again for the kids' birthdays!  It is always so nice to have Valerie here to help especially since I had a 3 month old to take care of.  Valerie made a Dojo on the screened in porch.

Valerie also made the sword rack with the kids' names on them.

Ninja cupcakes!

Of Course we had to have Ninja swords!

Goody bags!

Ninja's fighting

Ninja balloons

Sushi!
Nathan made most of these himself.

Birthday boy!

We rented the same water slide bouncy house we did the year before.

 Next up...Easton!

Last but not least...Blair!

I didn't do a great job of taking pictures during the parties.  The kids of course had a blast and are already planning next years parties!

Daddy Daughter Princess Ball

Nathan took the girls to the Princess Ball.  Blakely was old enough to go this year and she had a blast!  I have other pictures that were taken at the ball.  I tried scanning them but can't seem to figure out where they are on the computer.  I'll need to see if Nathan can help me when he gets home from work.  I will also need to get some pictures from Nathan that he took of the girls at the ball.  I'm pretty sure their is one with purple frosting all over Blakely's face!

McKinley at 3 months

Now that the kids are back in school my goal is to get this blog updated!  I'm only three months behind....

Still has her blue eyes!  Hopefully she will keep them.

Such a sad face!

McKinley's birthmark!
I don't think I have documented it yet.  Dr. Napier told us at her 2 month appointment that they now think that this type of birthmark is from part of the placenta attaching itself to the baby.  They say that it should grow for the first 9 months (similar to a placenta) but eventually it will shrink and become less noticeable.  By about 2 years old we won't really see it at all.

This is the exact face she makes when we are in the car.  She still hates the car with a passion!

She still gets up at least once a night to eat.

She is smiling and cooing so much more now!

She is still my best baby at tummy time!
