Party Time!

This year instead of having one BIG birthday party for the three oldest kids we decided to do three separate parties on the same day.  I might be a little crazy, but with Valerie's help we were able to get it all done!  We were both really tired by the end of the day, but it was definitely worth it to see how happy it made the kids.  I convinced the kids to get a water slide bouncy house since I figured it would be really hot and humid.

Dyer's Party: 11:00-12:30 pm Sharks

I put streamers up to look like seaweed.  It looked great for about 5 minutes until it soaked up all the humidity and they started to fall down.

Dyer's friends: Atticus, Jack, Weston, Jaden's sister

Jaden, Carlton, and Orazio (Logan got sick)

Blair's party: 1:30-3:00 Mermaids

Maddy, Angelica, Veronica, Hailey, Kiera, Hope, and Grace

Easton's party: 4:00-5:30 pm Pokemon

Cameron, Tucker, Mark, and Bodey

Of course after all the party guests went home the adults needed to party and cool off:

Princess Ball

Nathan took Blair on a daddy/daughter date to a Princess Ball at the community center.  Nathan and Blair both had a lot of fun and thought it was really neat.  In fact they are already planning to go next year.  Blakely might even be able to join them next year since she will be old enough. We weren't exactly sure what to expect so Nathan bought Blair and himself a corsage and boutonniere.  They actually had fake corsages for each princess when they arrived (oops!)  Nathan took Blair out to eat before the dance but once they got there they actually had food there (oops again!)  They also had four princesses there for the girls to take pictures with, a candy bar, and a goodie bag for each girl to take home.  

Nathan took a picture of Blair with the princesses but I'll have to get that from him later.
