I decided to homeschool Eden for preschool so we try to get out and do at least on field trip a month. We took Blakely and McKinley with us to the pumpkin patch back in October.
We just happened to be learning about vehicles (forms of transportation) in November so when the library had the police and fire department come, we were all in!
Look how good she is getting at the pull over!
Blair decided to join a local community choir for Songs of Thanksgiving
Blair's in production and design for the theater program. Every year she has to do a project and so she's been experimenting on Blakely. Luckily Blakely is a good sport and doesn't mind what Blair does to her!
Nice selfie of Blair
Blair's first date with Eli aka Mustard!
Back story on the name "Mustard". A couple weeks earlier Blair took her sisters to the park and Eli was there with his siblings. Eden asked Eli what his name was and he told her Eli. She preceded to tell him he was wrong and that his name was mustard! He was wearing red so it seems like ketchup maybe would have been a more appropriate name but you know...Since then Eden calls him Mustard and it has just kind of stuck! For Blair first date I got her and Eden a mustard shirt! Blair's says, "Today's good mood is sponsored by MUSTARD. Eden's shirt says, "Team Mustard!"
Nathan and I were having a game night with a bunch of couples (Eli's parents included) and after their date they came back to our house. I'm sure it was so embarrassing for them to have all eyes on them!
Eli asked Nathan if he could ask Blair out on a date. It was super cute and funny because he was so nervous. Apparently he tried to ask before church started but chickened out. He did shake Nathan's hand and Nathan said it was really sweaty (He must have been super nervous-poor guy!) Eventually he got enough nerve to finally ask Nathan after church!
First snow fall. Eden and I went outside and built a snowman.
Don't worry, Eden was all bundled up earlier but she was done by the time I started to roll the head. She was a sport and came back out to put the nose on and get a picture.
A couple days later the snowman fell and then KK finished it off!
KK started swim lessons again. My goal for her was to get through all the swim classes and be ready for Hurricanes by the beginning of summer.

Field trip to the local indoor "zoo".
Eden: "I can't deal with you looking at my sparkling palooza!" Honestly I have no idea what that even means but the sass she gave me was ridiculous! I think she was referring to her sparkle shoes that were shinning on the roof of the car when the sun hit them.
Eden: Somehow I have a sick cough...and that's embarrassing!
