Of course Eden got sick!  I wonder if she gets altitude sickness? She's gotten sick both years we've gone up there. The day after we went into town and she was fine but then she got sick again the following day...so weird!

We took the whole family to Olive Garden for my birthday.  I made it very clear that I didn't want anyone to tell them it was by birthday because I didn't want them to sing to me...Well, Valerie never listens.  Luckily the restaurant wasn't super busy at the time we were there. I guess Valerie can be forgiven since she went behind our backs and paid for the whole meal. Thanks Valerie!

KK got upset and started to cry. Blakely was such a great big sister and comforted her by letting her sit in her lap! I love moments like this!

Still gummy in the front after almost 6 months of them coming out! She lost one at the end of December and the other at the beginning of January. At this rate she might be singing "All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth" in December! There is no sign of any teeth coming in and her two teeth on either side are now loose! Crazy!

Cap Ed Scholarship dinner:

We attended the Cap Ed scholarship dinner. Easton unfortunately didn't get the scholarship but I think he was super close to getting it.  The girl who ended up getting it was very similar to Easton in that she was also 16 (graduating a year early) and got her associates degree. Oh well, it was still an honor to be a finalist!

National Honors Society:

College of Southern Idaho graduation:

Easton graduated with his associates degree before he finished high school! He also got Summa cum laude!

Easton was one of the Valedictorians! We had no clue until right before the ceremony. He ended with a 4.0 GPA

Valerie was Easton's preschool teacher so we tried to reenact Easton's preschool graduation! I'm not sure many kids can say their preschool teacher came to their high school graduation!

My mom and Alan were also at the graduation but they had to leave before we could get pictures with Easton.
