California Home

I took some pictures of our house before it went on the market.  I actually only took pictures of the downstairs.  I never got around to taking pictures upstairs.  Luckily the pictures my realtor took were still online so I downloaded them.  Nathan and I painted almost the whole house (minus the bedrooms/bathrooms) ourselves.  It was a very long process but we were very happy with the results.  I only wish that we would have done it earlier so we could have enjoyed it more.

We did end up painting over the boys blue accent wall because my sister and I didn't do the best job painting that wall.  It was definitely an experiment and I have learned a lot about painting since then....

Blakely during swim

Blakely loved going to swim and playing on the play ground.  I was thinking of doing a mommy and me class with her but then decided against it last minute.  I thought it would be too much with the other kids swimming and I didn't want to miss out watching them.

Dyer Swim

Dyer was a little rusty this session but I'm sure it didn't help that his teacher wouldn't let go of him.  She was constantly worried about his head being in the water.  He still seemed to have fun though!

Blair swim

Blair and Dyer were in the same class this session.  They actually did really well together.  I was a little worried based on some of their past experiences together.  Blair was something else this session...  She was a little brat to her teacher.  I kept getting on her for that but it really wasn't until the last two days that she started behaving herself.  I'm not sure why she was behaving the way she was but it was making me mad.  She seemed like she improved a lot which definitely helped her confidence.

Easton Swim

Trying to play catch up....This was back in April before we moved to Florida.  This was right in the middle of showing our house.  I thought it was going to be crazy having swim while showing our house but it actually worked out perfect!  Our house wasn't on the market for very long but the few days we showed our house on swim days it just so happened that the realtors wanted to show the house during swim time so it was a win/win for everyone!

Easton wasn't all that excited for swim lessons this year but I still made him do it.  By the end of the session he wanted to sign up for another session because he was determined to pass his class.  Unfortunately, when I looked into signing them up again the classes were all full.
