House Hunting

Nate and I went house hunting in Florida mid May.  We had to take Blakely with us because Valerie wouldn't keep her.  Luckily Blakely was pretty well behaved.  As long as she had snacks she was good to go!  We were able to go to the beach one of the days we were there.

Blakely's hair gets so curly with all the humidity.

She looks so little here....It's crazy how much they change in just a couple months.

Easton guitar

While Blair and Dyer did hip hop, Easton decided to try guitar.  He picked it up really fast and I'm sad that we moved because he hasn't played since we moved.  Hopefully I can find someone to teach him so he can continue playing.

Dinosaur exhibit

We took the kids to Discover the Dinosaurs.  The kids seemed to have fun but I guess I was expecting a bit more for the amount of money we spent.  It was still cool and Easton was in heaven so I guess that is all that matters.

Blakely was really tired and cranky by this time...

Hip Hop Performance

Blair and Dyer's Hip Hop teacher asked their class to perform their dance at a community event.  They were all a little rusty since their class finished about 2 weeks before this performance.  They were still really cute up there though.

California Home

I took some pictures of our house before it went on the market.  I actually only took pictures of the downstairs.  I never got around to taking pictures upstairs.  Luckily the pictures my realtor took were still online so I downloaded them.  Nathan and I painted almost the whole house (minus the bedrooms/bathrooms) ourselves.  It was a very long process but we were very happy with the results.  I only wish that we would have done it earlier so we could have enjoyed it more.

We did end up painting over the boys blue accent wall because my sister and I didn't do the best job painting that wall.  It was definitely an experiment and I have learned a lot about painting since then....
